Hi, I’m Alysha — the heart behind Luna Cactus. As an Integrative Microdosing Mentor & Guide, I help women reconnect with themselves through microdosing, integration, & feminine wisdom. Luna Cactus was born from my own healing journey. Herbal practices opened the first doorway, & microdosing became the bridge between intention & transformation.

I like to call myself a Guide-ess — a guide with a feminine essence — here to walk beside you as you step into the infinite moment, from the space of zero, where all possibility begins. Through integrative microdosing mentorship, women’s circles in Albuquerque, & feminine wisdom practices, Luna Cactus is a space for transformation & connection.

When we work together...

...we begin with intention. Clarifying your “why” & planting the seed for your journey. From there, I guide you in weaving your microdosing practice into daily life, cycles, & inner rhythms. Finally, we integrate, transforming insights into embodied change so the medicine becomes part of who you are.
