Bad Bitch Tea follows a seasonal arc inspired by the rhythms of nature, the body, and the nervous system. Each month carries its own theme, allowing us to deepen without rushing and grow without forcing.
Rather than pushing toward constant transformation, we move cycle by cycle, honoring when it’s time to root, emerge, ignite, and bloom.

Grounding, safety, belonging, nourishment
A time to land, stabilize, and remember what supports us.

Clarity, balance, honesty, gentle awakening
A time to notice what is stirring and what wants light.

Desire, momentum, courage, creative fire
A time to choose what enlivens us and take aligned action.
🌸 May — BLOOM
Embodiment, pleasure, celebration, receiving
A time to be witnessed in our growth and allow ourselves to be seen.
What to Expect
Each gathering may include:
- Tea or ceremonial offerings aligned with the season
- Guided reflection, journaling, or intention-setting
- Gentle ritual or somatic practices
- Meaningful conversation and shared wisdom
- A safe, supportive space to be seen and heard
